Manage Your Cocktails

To add cocktails to your cocktail list, simply type the name of the drink and click the "+Add" button. The new drink will then appear under "Current Cocktail List".

Once you've added your cocktails, you can edit the information using the many controls that appear in the current cocktail list section.

Categories

If you want to place your cocktails in categories, you can add in customized categories by clicking "Configure Categories" in the top right corner of the current cocktails list. This screen will appear where you are able to type in the categories you'd like to add:

Photos and Glassware

The cocktail tool allows you to include a photo of the cocktail. To upload an image, click the button with a "0" in it under the "Photos" column in the current cocktail list.

You can also include an image of the glassware that the drink is served in. To include an image of the glassware click the button with a "?" in it just to the left of the cocktail name in the current cocktail list. This screen will appear where you can select the proper glass type:

Ingredients

To add cocktail ingredients, click the small edit icon under the ingredients section. Our system has about 300 ingredients pre-loaded, so as you search for the items you are adding, this drop down will appear with suggestions:

Taste

The "Taste" control allows you to include a written description of the cocktail's taste profile. There are also two adjustable scales; on the first one you can indicate how bitter or sweet the drink is, on the second one you can indicate how spirit forward the drink is (how much booze is in it). 

Story

The "Story" control is a space where you can write a longer explanation of the drink; perhaps about its origins or any sort of feelings it is meant to invoke. There is also a place for you to give credit to the creator of the cocktail.
